    Description

    U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C. Souvenir Card. B250. 2000 U.S. Savings Bonds - Peace,  "Two different engravers engraved the vignette 'Peace' at two different times. Frederick Pauling, a picture engraver, began the engraving in December 1930 and continued the work in February and August of 1940.  Louis Bradford, another engraver, completed the work in February and August of 1940."  Card is mint and measures 10" x 8".
