    Bureau of Engraving and Printing Souvenir Card, B227, From Sea to Shining Sea - American Numismatic Association, ANA '98, August 1998, Portland, Oregon. The face of the National Currency Note, Third Charter Period, Series 1902 was issued by the Lumbermans National Bank of Portland, Oregon. It featured a portrait of John Sherman (U.S. Senator, Secretary of State, and Secretary of the Treasury).  "The offset printed background of this card is a  panoramic view of Portland, Oregon created by Clohessy and Strengele in 1890.The photograph was obtained from the Library of Congress...".  Card is mint and measures 10" x 8".
