    Bureau of Engraving and Printing Souvenir Card, B226, From Sea to Shining Sea - International Paper Money Show, IPMS '98, June 1998, Memphis, Tennessee. The back of the 0 National Bank Note, First Charter Period issued in Tennessee has a vignette featuring the Signing of the Declaration of Independence and vignettes of the Seal of the United States and the Seal of the State of Tennessee.  "The offset printed background of this card...is a panoramic view of Memphis...The photograph was obtained from the Library of Congress...".  Card is mint and measures 10" x 8".
